Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly when creating an account, contacting us, or using our services. This includes your name, email address, organization name, and any technical information necessary for platform operation.

For SaaS deployments, we collect standard usage telemetry (feature usage, performance metrics) to improve the platform. On-premises and air-gapped deployments operate without any data leaving your infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Nairux platform, communicate with you about your account and support requests, send product updates and security notifications (with your consent), improve our services and develop new features, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your network data for advertising or profiling.

Data Storage & Security

For SaaS deployments, your data is stored in secure, encrypted infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliant hosting providers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

For on-premises and air-gapped deployments, all data remains entirely within your infrastructure. Nairux has zero access to your network data, device configurations, or compliance findings.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

For on-premises deployments, data retention is entirely under your control.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, export your data in standard formats, opt out of marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@nairux.io.

Cookies & Analytics

Our marketing website uses essential cookies for functionality and optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how visitors interact with the site. The Nairux platform itself does not use third-party tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use a limited set of third-party services for platform operation: cloud infrastructure providers (SaaS deployments only), email delivery services for notifications, and payment processors for billing. All third-party providers are contractually bound to data protection agreements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If you have questions about this privacy policy, contact us at privacy@nairux.io.
